- Our free products and accompanied documentation may not be sublicensed, sold, leased or rented to another person or entity. Our copyright notices and license information must stay intact within the product if any and accompanied documentation at all times.
- If you would like to share our free products with other people please provide them with a link to our homepage or any of the pages within our website.
- You may not rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, lend nor transfer Stockgraphicdesigns.com Vector Artwork, or any copy or portion of Stockgraphicdesigns.com Vector Artwork, without Stockgraphicdesigns.com’s prior written consent.

Without limitation, below are examples of uses that are NOT permitted under this Agreement and require purchase of a separate license from Stockgraphicdesigns.com:(1) You may not share Stockgraphicdesigns.com Artwork with other business entities (e.g. your advertising agency, dealer, subsidiary, parent company, service bureau, etc.);
(2) You may not use Stockgraphicdesigns.com Stock Artwork at more than one physical location;
(3) You may not change the name of Stockgraphicdesigns.com Stock Artwork; (4) You may not resell or redistribute Stockgraphicdesigns.com Stock Artwork.
Termination
- The license rights granted under this Agreement will immediately and automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of Stockgraphicdesigns.com Vector Artwork. The balance of the Agreement shall survive any such termination of license rights.
Limited Liability
- These products are provided on an “as is” basis, without warranty of any kind, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particularpurpose and non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the product is borne by you.
Ownership
- Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights of the software shall remain with Stockgraphicdesigns.com. Copyright laws protect these products.
- We reserve the right to revise, amend, or modify these Terms and Conditions, and any of our other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner.
- If you decide to purchase any product from this store, all information that is collected from you will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not, under any circumstances be sold or given away to any third parties outside of the staff of Stockgraphicdesigns.com
